EXCHANGE & RETURN
It is important to us that you are happy with the products and service we provide you. We like to keep our customers overjoyed and coming back time and again.
If for any reason you wish to exchange an item you have received, we happily offer exchanges as per our policy below.
Please contact us via email at email@example.com, with your name, order number and reason for the return. Prior to sending the items you wish to return. Where we will then supply you the address for delivery.
For you to return your order, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Unless the return is the result of our error etc. incorrect item or defective item.
- Purchase Order Number.
- Please note, that on returning the order, it cannot have marks, stains, smells or been altered or washed. Tags must be on purchased product. Items must be returned in the original packaging.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless your item has been declared faulty by no fault of your own.
- You will be required to take pictures of the order been returned.
- Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. You as the buyer are responsible for the return of the shipping costs. After the 14 days, we do not offer a refund.
- Refund will be issued within 7 days of receipt of the returned item
- Faulty goods or exchanges must be sent back within a 7-day time frame to be accepted.
- We do not offer refunds in the case of incorrect sizing or a change of mind.
- We do not offer refunds while your order is in transit as it is already on the way to you.
- Refund are not available on Toys purchased unless faulty, you are not entitled to a replacement or refund so simply because you changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, we decided you did not like the purchase or if you ordered the wrong item.
As we offer an online service, it is your responsibility to ensure you check the item description and size carefully before ordering.
Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

- Worn Clothing & Bathers
Please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, with your name, order number and reason for the return. Where we will then supply you the address for delivery.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, video game, that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
We do not refund pre-orders if you have a change of mind, we will only provide refunds if the item is damaged or incorrect.
Warehouse Direct ( International Shipping)
We do not refund an item that is in transit , even if their is significant shipping delays.
To return your product, you should mail us at email@example.com for further instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tracking shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
